예매 안내add
  • 본 공연은 아이디 1개당 4매까지 예매 가능합니다.
  • 입장권은 관람일자가 지정되어 있으며, 예약 시 선택한 날짜에만 관람 가능합니다.
  • 예약 완료 후에는 관람일 변경이 불가합니다. 날짜 변경을 원하실 경우 기존 티켓을 취소한 후 다시 예약 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 예매자 본인 외 티켓 및 입장팔찌 대리 수령이 불가합니다. 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인 명의의 계정으로 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 예매 완료 후에는 예매자 명의 변경이 불가합니다.
  • 평창군민은 네이버 예약 없이 현장 티켓부스에서 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 모바일 신분증, 등본 등 본인 확인 및 거주지가 확인 가능한 문서 확인 후, 성인 1인 당 입장팔찌 1개 교환해 드립니다.
    공연 당일 기준 거주지가 ‘평창군’으로 표기되어야하며, 신분증 없이 구두로 평창군민임을 주장할 시 입장팔찌 교환 불가합니다.
BOOKING INFOadd
  • Each account may purchase up to 4 tickets for this event.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date selected at the time of booking.
  • The attendance date cannot be changed. If you wish to attend on a different date, you must cancel your existing ticket and make a new booking.
  • Tickets and admission wristbands can only be picked up by the ticket holder. Please make sure to purchase tickets using an account in the name of the person who will actually attend the event.
  • The name of the ticket holder cannot be changed after the booking is completed.
  • Pyeongchang County residents may receive admission wristbands without a Naver booking. Please visit the on-site ticket booth and present a valid document verifying your identity and residence (e.g. resident registration card, driver's licence, mobile ID, or resident registration certificate). One admission wristband will be issued per adult after verification.
    On the day of the event, your ID or proof of residence must show your registered address as Pyeongchang County. Admission wristbands will not be issued without presenting valid identification.

  • 모든 티켓은 계촌 휴[休] 북&뮤직 페스티벌 현장 티켓부스에서 네이버 예약 및 본인 확인 후 입장팔찌로 교환됩니다.
  • 모바일티켓은 예매 페이지 내에서만 확인 가능합니다.
  • 현장 티켓부스에서 모바일티켓 및 예매자 본인 확인 후, 입장팔찌로 교환하셔야 공연장 내 입장이 가능합니다.
  • 입장팔찌 교환 시, 예매자 본인의 신분증을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 예매자가 아닌 동행인의 입장팔찌 대리 수령이 불가합니다. 단, 대리 수령은 ‘직계 가족’에 한해 허용됩니다. 예매자 본인의 신분증과 수령자 본인의 신분증, 가족관계를 확인할 수 있는 증명서를 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
TICKET INFOadd
  • All tickets must be exchanged for an admission wristband at the ticket booth after presenting your Naver booking.
  • Mobile tickets can only be viewed on the ticket reservation website.
  • You must present your mobile ticket at the on-site ticket booth to receive your admission wristband. Entry to the venue is only permitted with the wristband.
  • Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID in the name of the ticket holder when receiving your wristband.
  • It is not possible to collect admission wristbands on behalf of the ticket holder. The only exception is for immediate family members. In this case, you must present: the ticket holder's ID, the recipient's ID, or documentation proving the family relationship.

  • 페스티벌 기간 동안 공식 사진/영상 촬영이 진행되며, 해당 콘텐츠 및 자료물은 주최/주관사에 귀속됩니다. 촬영된 콘텐츠는 페스티벌 및 주최/주관사 홈페이지, SNS, 인쇄물, 보도자료 등 홍보 및 아카이브 자료로 활용될 수 있습니다.
  • 자리 맡아두기는 다른 관객에게 피해를 주고 소지품 분실의 위험이 있습니다. 해당 좌석에서 발생하는 분실이나 훼손에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 깃발, 텐트,다른 관람객의 시야를 가릴 수 있는 높이의 캠핑의자(릴렉스체어, 캠핑체어 등)와 같이 주변 관객의 시야를 가리는 물품의 반입을 금지합니다.
  • 돗자리는 지정된 돗자리존에서만 사용 가능합니다.
  • 돗자리 허용 규격은 1.5m × 1.5m 이하로 제한됩니다.
  • 다른 관람객의 시야를 가리거나 관람에 방해가 되는 행동은 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
  • 주변 관람객의 공연 관람에 지장을 주는 경우 진행 요원의 안내 및 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.
  • 행사장 내에서 관람객 본인의 부주의로 발생하는 사고, 도난, 훼손 등에 대해 주최/주관사/아티스트/공연장 측은 책임지지 않습니다. 귀중품 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
VIEWING GUIDELINESadd
  • Official photo and video recordings will take place throughout the festival. All recorded content and materials will belong to the organizer/promoter. The footage may be used for promotional and archival purposes, including on the festival and organizer/promoter websites, social media channels, printed materials, press releases, and other promotional materials.
  • Saving seats may inconvenience other attendees and creates a risk of lost belongings. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs at seats that have been left unattended.
  • Bringing items that may obstruct the view of other attendees is prohibited, including flags, tents, and camping chairs that are tall enough to block others’ views(reclining chairs, camping chairs, etc.).
  • Picnic mats may only be used in designated zones.
  • The permitted size of picnic mats is limited to 1.5 m * 1.5 m or smaller.
  • Please refrain from behavior that blocks other attendees’ views or interferes with their enjoyment of the performance.
  • If your actions disrupt other attendees’ ability to enjoy the show, you may be asked to stop or be subject to restrictions by event staff.
  • The organizers, promoters, artists, and venue are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage caused by attendees’ own negligence within the event grounds. Please take care of your valuables.

  1. 간단한 음료 및 음식물 반입은 가능합니다. 깨끗한 자연을 지키기 위해 남은 음식물 쓰레기는 스스로 챙겨가 주시길 부탁드립니다.
Q. Are food and beverages allowed inside the venue?add
  1. Bringing simple drinks and food items into the venue is allowed. To help protect the clean natural environment, we kindly ask that you take any leftover food waste with you when you leave.
Q. 돗자리나 캠핑의자를 가져가도 되나요?add
  1. 돗자리는 지정된 돗자리존에서만 사용 가능하며, 허용 규격은 1.5m × 1.5m 이하로 제한됩니다. 다른 관람객의 시야를 가릴 수 있는 캠핑의자 및 접이식 의자 반입은 제한되거나 별도로 마련된 존에서만 사용하실 수 있습니다.
Q. Can I bring a mat or a camping chair with me?add
  1. Picnic mats may only be used in designated zones, and the permitted size is limited to 1.5 m * 1.5 m or smaller. Camping chairs and folding chairs that may obstruct the view of other visitors are restricted from being brought in, or may only be used in designated zones.
Q. 반려동물과 함께 입장할 수 있나요?add
  1. 반려동물과 함께 입장하실 수 있습니다.
    다만, 많은 관람객이 함께하는 야외 행사인 만큼 반드시 목줄과 입마개를 착용해 주시고, 배변 처리 및 안전관리 협조 등 팻티켓을 준수해 주시기 바랍니다. 다른 관람객에게 불편을 주는 경우 운영진의 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.
Q. Are pets allowed to the event?add
  1. Yes, pets are allowed.
    However, as this is a crowded outdoor event, all pets must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. Please follow pet etiquette, including cleaning up after your pet and ensuring the safety of those around you. If your pet causes inconvenience to other guests, follow the guidance of the event staff.

  1. 우천 시에도 행사는 정상 진행을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 기상 상황에 따라 일부 프로그램이 변경 또는 취소될 수 있으며, 관련 내용은 홈페이지와 공식 SNS를 통해 안내해 드립니다.

  1. The event will proceed as scheduled in rainy conditions. However, some programs may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather conditions. Any updates will be posted on the official website and social media channels.

  1. 분실물은 행사장 내 웰컴라운지로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
Q. What should I do if I have lost an item?add
  1. Please contact the Welcome Lounge at the venue for any lost and found inquiries.
Q. 사진 및 영상 촬영이 가능한가요?add
  1. 개인 소장을 위한 사진 촬영은 가능하나, 플래시 사용 및 전문 장비를 활용한 촬영, 상업적 목적의 촬영은 제한될 수 있습니다. 프로그램별 촬영 정책은 현장 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.
Q. Are photography and video recording allowed?add
  1. Personal photography is permitted; however, the use of flash, professional equipment, or photography for commercial purposes may be restricted. Please follow the on-site instructions for photography policies specific to each program.
